I've delivered end-to-end implementations for global enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Honeywell, configuring complex product models, pricing logic, and approval workflows.

Designed and built a multi-agent AI system that lives natively inside SAP Joule — SAP's generative AI copilot. The agent connects in real-time to both SAP CRM (Sales Cloud / C4C) and SAP ERP (ECC) via live integration, pulling customer history, open opportunities, product availability, and pricing conditions on demand.

Sales reps interact conversationally through Joule's chat interface: the agent autonomously analyses deal structure, validates discount thresholds against ERP pricing conditions, checks customer credit limits from ECC, and either auto-approves standard deals or routes complex ones to the right approver — all without leaving SAP's ecosystem.
